The Story

A delicious medley of potatoes and beans in a spicy tomato-onion gravy made with coconut and sesame seeds.

Ingredients:  

Potato, Turkish Gram, Onion, Coconut Oil, Coconut, Tomato, Coriander Seeds, Garlic, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Kashmiri Chili Powder, Green Chili, Coriander Powder, Pepper, Asafoetida, Cinnamon, Cumin, Fenugreek Seeds, Cloves, Curry Leaves, Dagar Phool, Garam Masala, Kashmiri Chili Whole, Green Cardamom, Turmeric, Bay Leaf, Rosemary Extract, Sesame seeds.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring 8oz (240ml) of water to boil in a pot on a stovetop.
  2. Empty pack, stir well for 7 mins on medium flame. 
  3. Turn off the flame and close the lid for 5 mins.
  4. Serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy

Microwave Instructions:

Empty pack into a bowl and add 8 oz (240 ml) of water. Stir well and microwave for 5 mins with a lid. Cover for 5 mins. Stir well, serve hot with roti/rice and enjoy.
