Due to the perishable nature of our authentic Indian meal kits, we cannot accept physical returns once a package has been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or refund.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please check your meal kits for any signs of damage or compromised packaging that may have occurred during transit.
- 2.Contact Support
If there is an issue, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged items.
- 3.Quality Review
Our culinary team will review your claim to ensure it meets our quality guarantee criteria and will process a resolution within 2-3 business days.
- 4.Receive Credit or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of your meal kits or issue a full credit to your original payment method.
